The ferry "Buiksloterweg" (departure behind Amsterdam Central Station) takes you directly to the A'dam Lookout with Europe's highest swing, to the attraction "This is Holland" and to the Amsterdam film museum EYE. In front of the museum, the cult I-Amsterdam sculptures can be seen from time to time. The journey by ferry takes 5 minutes.

The dancing houses on Damrak, not far from Amsterdam Central Station, are the ultimate photo spot. The houses owe their name to their typical architecture for the former Amsterdam: They were built on wooden stakes that have slowly rotten over the years. In the meantime, therefore, they give the impression that they are dancing.
Tulips are usually one of the first thoughts you have when you think of the Netherlands.
The Bloemenmarkt is located at the end of Kalverstraat, the central pedestrian zone of Amsterdam. The market has been held since 1862 and is the only floating market in the world. There are mainly flowers, bulbs and souvenirs to buy.
Another market you could visit is "De Pijp" This is the largest daily market in Amsterdam. It has been around since 1905. From fruit, vegetables, cheese, flowers to textiles, and household goods, you can find everything your heart desires. For all the artsy people, there is of course the "Rijksmuseum" on Museumsplein is the most important art museum in the Netherlands and mainly shows works by Rembrandt and Vermeer.
